Best external capture device
I have bought it for dual pc setup for streaming (gaming laptop as 2nd PC), I am super happy with the quality of the product the only downside is the hefty price tag.

Don't waste your time, I get thunderbolt is quick but this limits compatability currently - returned.

Amazing!
An amazing item for streaming and recording all platforms. Only tested briefly and no complaints. Easy set up and easy to use. Can’t wait to put it to proper use.

Works only through special software
I connected it to MacBook Pro 2019. It works, but only with special driver and only through a special application. Unfortunately, our studio is already tailored for OBS and this was an absolute surprise for me that the device would not work through OBS. Moreover in this special application I cannot rotate the video change encoder and other settings, which is absolutely incompatible with our video-production flow. So I had to return it.

Overall great, but the capture picture is still not professional quality
It's a solid product, the performance are great, but the quality of the captured picture is still suboptimal and I would not recommend it to anyone that needs to use it for professional works, like capturing live games for a YouTube channel or for a video recording studio to produce videos etc.It's ok for home fun, which means the price tag is probably too high for the capturing quality it offers.

TENGO UN PORTATIL DEL AÑO 2021 MUY BUENO QUE ME A COSTADO CASI 1500 EUROS Y NO TENGO LA ENTRADA THUNDERBOLT, TENGO UNA PARECIDA QUE ES TIPO C Y YO PENSABA QUE ERA THUNDERBOLT. PONGO UNA ESTRELLA POR COMO TENGAS ESA ENTRADA NO TE SIRVE DE NADA . NO LO RECOMIENDO NO TIENES ALTERNATIVAS PARA USAR SI NO TIENES PUERTO THUNDERBOLT.

Worst buy this year
If you're on Mac or do not have a beefy Nvidia GPU - stay away from this product. You will regret it. On the website states you can records up to 240Mbit. Not true, it is 120Mbit. The recordings look bad, washed out. It is simply not a finish product - specially not the support for Mac. Remember, if you have Mac or AMD gpu you will regret it and will have to return this.
