Very happy with the product, slides smoothly but there is a slight friction noticeable when it is pulled/ pushed. Although it doesn’t interfere with the smooth operation. It is possible that it was designed that way, to keep the tube from loosing its position. Either way it is quiet enough and holds the items very well. Good for laundry or wardrobe or a place you could use a hanger and where you want something which can be tucked away when not in use. It is very stylish design! Easy to instal if you are handy with tools and a drill. Screws provided are sufficient. But highly recommend finding a description on how to instal it if your package doesn’t come with instructions. Looks fantastic and very functional. Not cheap but if you can order it on Amazon then this would be one of the best prices around. Unless you can get it cheaper from Hafele directly or through a cabinet maker who can order it for you. I have ordered 2, both are working excellently and worth every penny. It was very fast delivery too. Many colours to choose from, try to go with something you love if it is going to be installed in a visible spot. It is a beautiful design and smooth to touch. A friend installed it and since then he too went ahead and bought some for himself, he was very impressed. I want to give credit to Shea Withney for the idea of putting it into a wardrobe because I saw it on her closet reveal. But it was my friend who installed it came up with the idea of putting one in the laundry as well. So big thanks to them both.
