Nice but couldn’t tell if it was real
I’ve purchased the same bracelet from their actual website and there is a clear coating on the heart to protect the color underneath. This one purchased from Amazon did not have that same coating.

Incorrect color
This bracelet is beautiful but I ordered silver and received brass. The bag the bracelet box came in says silver so I was very surprised and disappointed to open the box and see the wrong item.

Wrong color
I got my grandmother this bracelet (silver and regular size) for her birthday and it was too big. So I ordered a petite silver one and was sent a gold one. I am just finding out about it because I am visiting with my grandmother and haven’t seen her since covid. Now It’s past the return date and my grandmother loves silver and not gold. Just sad she didn’t get the right thing.
