There is nothing thin or flimsy with this well made brace/sleeve. It offers support, compression and holds in warmth for the arthritis in my elbow. I am able to sleep better at night when I wear it. Since they come in a pair and I only need one, I keep my extra one at work. I sit at a computer and do a lot of paperwork during the day, this helps to alleviate fatigue in my elbow and arm. I have tried several other types over the years, this one is by far the best! Others were either too flimsy and didn't over real story it compressed too much making them hard to wear for very long and who needs a brace that can't be worn all day or night if needed. I bought a medium, it runs true to size. I will be recommending this product to my fellow arthritis sufferers!

Fabric is stiff and scratchy, would not be of any use to me. I returned it.

I have a small arm and these were too tight. Circulation was cut off. I bought a large based on the fact these looked small in the picture. Wanted to try out of curiosity.

Comes in small size. Just get one size biger.
