Unexpectedly nice
I bought two of these to go on each side of my fireplace in my summer condo. They are perfect! They are solid, heavy and look expensive. They were easy to put together - I put both of them together in under an hour. Instructions were thorough. The only negatives I found were (1) they have a very heavy paint smell and (2) the tops of them mark easily. I will only have decor on them so they won't get moved around a lot, but if you regularly put your keys, or purse on these, you may want to put a glass top on them.

Doors and drawers don’t align properly
We bought 2 of these units. They were shipped promptly and well- packaged. Some of the surfaces, like the top, are solid wood. These parts are made of a softer (pine) wood and it will indent rather easily. I wouldn’t set my keys on top of it, even gently. Sliding a decorative vase with any amount of weight across the surface would undoubtedly leave a scuff mark. The paint looks good but doesn’t give you that “durable” feeling when you look at it and touch it.Assembling the unit is easy enough, just somewhat time consuming. The parts are clearly labeled and instructions were above average.Unfortunately, the drawers on one of the units do not sit flush (you can see the crookedness of the negative space between the drawer and frame). The lower door also don’t align properly… to the point that they don’t contact the magnet and shut fully. Like the upper drawers, they are visibly uneven. I tried for an additional half hour to adjust the hinges on the doors, to no avail. For the price you pay and for the assembly required, we would not purchase this item again. The final look doesn’t reward the hard effort you will need assemble it. It will serve our needs because it hides and stores our kids’ toys, but not super thrilled.

Nice tv stand
Took about 3 hours to unpack and assemble. Good instructions. The doors are tricky to hold steady and attach the hinges. When installing the back I drilled holes for the screws. Made it much easier.

Beautiful upgrade
When we first moved into this house I bought a cabinet for the microwave and to store my many bottles of Torani syrup. But it always looked cheap. Then I read an article about how someone solved her kitchen storage problem with a sideboard. I found this one on Amazon but I hesitated. Then one day I went to look at it again and the price had dropped $70 and they were offering 12 months, interest free so I grabbed it.I was told to expect two weeks shipping but it arrived in a week. The instructions were clear, everything was well organized and clearly marked. We had a little trouble with the doors as there were no guide holes, only dimples. Did not use the shelves as the Torani with pumps were too tall. I never planned to use them. I am very happy with it.

Very nice and well made
This is a very nice piece. Have to say though that it takes a lot of to assemble and two hands. While I did mist of it myself I had to get someone to help me at the end as lining up holes and screwing in nails at same time is tough. Power tools also would have been helpful. As a 60 year old female I have only so much strength in my wrists. Holes could have been more visible. Read instructions carefully too. They’re good just some parts are tricky. Took me 4 hours to finish.

love it!
It took 2 of us to assemble, about 2-3 hours with 1 short break and a lunch break. Every piece was lettered labeled. Screws, bolts, dowels, handles, etc came in individual bags that were numbered. We used power drill, hand held screw drivers, hammer and the hex wrench (that came with it). I use mine near the kitchen for added shortage for small appliances. Mind has a rustic brown color and I added an antique mirror similar in color for a little bit of charm. Since I needed a cabinet that was narrow in depth it was well worth the money and time put into it. There was a slight smell to it (I'm assuming it was from the finishing products) that has decreased to barely noticeable after 3 days.
