Thick stretchy rubber light weight.
It's alright. Thought it would be a bit more stretchy than it is, like thick elastic but it's not, it's thick stretchy rubber which makes it a bit harder but I suppose that in a way it's better makes you work harder. It's got a place to put you feet in and soft padded handles to pull on. I like it.
