Purchased these for my work, and so far, they are working amazingly. Easy to use, and would recommend them.

poor support in getting the phone to work
the phone was received in good condition but unfortunately could not be used as it was SIM locked and nobody could assist in getting it unlocked. Even called Sonim directly and they could not assist due to it being a refurbished unit. It's just plain dumb to sell something and no one can unlock the SIM PIN

Very rugged phone
Bought for my son's first phone, he is 10 and rough on electronics.Battery life is good, phone is as advertised.The shortcut key software is very limited for the external buttons, couldn't even program it to turn on the flashlight.

Best phone I've ever owned.
What a pleasure to use. Great design and tough as nails. I can't find anything to complain about with this phone and I've owned many through the years, of which I unfortunately can't say the same. If you need it, buy it. Built like a tank.Looks and acts brand new.

Stuck in KIOSK mode
Phone was in good condition, however factory reset by seller did not remove kiosk mode, and after starting to install new apps I was locked out of the phone and unable to use it.

Device is ok but has MDM
The phone hardware is nice and as expected. However purchased as “renewed” but had an MDM lock.

Looks brand new, Works great
Very pleased with my purchase. The phone looks brand new and works great. Battery life/total charge seems unaffected which was nice as other refurb phones I've purchased in the past from others had significant total battery life issues. Great deal for a virtually new phone that AT&T is charging $700+ for.
