Comfortable and Effective - Don't Let Incontinence Interfer w/Quality of Life!
Give yourself time to devise process and procedure. You will know exactly when the diaper is necessary. After Obie emptied his bladder outside I knew he wouldn't need one inside for a few hours. After he ate and/or woke he ALWAYS went for a walk. He was 19 so a precise schedule was not possible. Our walks became shorter and shorter - my aim was to bring him home on "empty" and tired enough to rest without anxiety or aggravation. He was blind and deaf; the nose was going too which was his greatest asset. He LOVED chicken BONE broth (no salt, onion or garlic) and was an avid partaker on approximately 1/4 cup when he woke and after walk. That broth kept him perky and comfortable to deal with daily events. Up to his last day with us he still had an appetite for Dr. Marty's dog food morsels soaked for at least 3 minutes in the bone broth and I sprinkled in Dinovite granules along with a their few drops of lickachops plus a bit of collagen from bulletproof. Oh! Unsalted rice cakes soaked in a bit of chicken bone broth was a great treat for him too.His vet recommended canned organic pumpkin (NOT for pies) which kept him regular and happily LAPPING up loudly his food bowl. Seizures got him in the end. The diapers were a godsend! I was not able to lift him outside during an episode. Even before that I didn't have to worry about him waking and beating him to the apartment door before he lifted a leg! Oh for the doggie door he grew up with, none here; went from large house with doggie door to apartment with zero doggie door. Anyway... back to diapers.Once his bladder was empty for the night I would line his diaper (he wore medium during the day and medium for night with pads made for incontinent women, extra absorbency and extra long) - then large was for the double wrap to last the entire night) Wrap the first with extra padding one way - for instance left to right to secure then the back up (second, large wrap no extra padding) the opposite way. You'll see. Sometimes the wraps come off if he brushed against something that hooks the secure point and pulls it away completely like a kitchen drawer pull or up against the sofa or bed. Again, you will see. A close eye when you first begin to use will help you figure out the configuration that works for you both. As long as Obi was strong enough to jump up on sofa the diaper did not interfere with getting up or down. Then he usually would sleep on his large, tempurpedic cushion with an extra cushion I'd place for his neck and face - he liked to spread out a Basenji trait. Their tails uncurl once body is relaxed and all fours are stretched out. He was an amazing companion and a very, very smart boy.If you've any question please reply to this post (if possible). Here's the Bottom line: Do Not Hesitate to purchase diapers for your puppy/young or elderly dog! I highly recommend them.

Look no further!
We used this product for my 15 year old dog who was losing his mobility to get up and out the door quick. He was about 80 pounds and we used the large. These are very absorbent, are easy and quick to put on.The sticky strip attaches easily and quick and they wrap tight but comfortable for no leakage. They stay on too, they don't move or come off during wear.Definitely recommend this product, and also recommend the auto ship, because if you have to run for male wraps because you ran out, no other really work as well.

Works Well for Marking Papillon
Single Sentence Review: While a bit expensive, these are our go-to belly bands since they work for and fit perfectly on our 10lb papillon.Full Review:Our 10lb papillon is a bit of a marker and he's smart enough to do it when no one will catch him in the act. So, I turned to belly bands.Unfortunately, all the reusable kinds seem to love that thick/wide velcro, which my dog hates. I ended up finding these to try as an alternative. Now I absolutely love them and they are the only ones I'll buy. He appears to be wetting them less often now too (but that isn't brand related).Pros (in respect to my boy):Great fitEasy & Quick to fastenKeeps him dryNo slipping for extended periodsNo leaking (holds a full bladder's worth)Cons:PriceDisposable onlySide note - I'd be a fan of some color options so they aren't easy to miss. With my boy's white coat, if someone isn't paying attention, they can let him outside without noticing it is on. And if they find a way to put this type of fastener on a reusable, I'd jump on those in a heartbeat.

Good Enough for My Very Best Friend
These are a good product. I used them inside a fabric washable wrap for over nights for my dog as he was suffering from cushings during the last few months of his life, and would guzzle water and lose control of his bladder. This was a full on gush, not talking just leaking. These diapers were essential in maintaining his and our peace of mind. He didn't like peeing on the floor any more than we did, and these gave him back his dignity. All of these products seem to run so small, my dog was slightly larger than medium, and weighed about 64lbs at the end, and I had to get the largest size, so when in doubt, size up. The fasteners hold good, and the size of the absorbent part is good, though again, all these diapers could be wider. The materials are of good quality. The diaper did not move around much, but my dog never minded wearing anything, so he didn't fight it.His skin was never irritated.I'm grateful this product gave us back more quality time with our best friend of 14 years, and kept everything cleaner. He's gone now, I have no regrets that these were some of the last products he used. I’ll just have to figure out what to do about this hole in my heart.

First package was great...then they cost reduced their design. The cheapened, (but same cost to me) product is disappointing !!!
Bought one pack in January to keep the 15 year old, nearly blind, and senile Schnoodle from forgetting himself and peeing in the house without realizing it. The first bag worked great. The velcro fastener was marvelously reusable, allowing nearly a week of repeated use before tossing a diaper with a little spotting in it. (Can't use it forever, that isn't sanitary and could cause a doggie UTI.)The couple of times he did forget himself and peeed in the diaper, the gel inside turned the color stripes from yellow to bright blue on the outside. That works like it's supposed to.Liked the product so much, so the doggie could have free reign over the house, that I bought two more packs a month later. This is where my disappointment started, and the reason for only 3 stars instead of 5. Vet's Best cheapened the velcro fastener, making it very thin and narrow. It now doesn't grip as good as the first baggie of product. Boo...hiss.I may look for an alternative brand now, as the newer product has come loose several times and fallen off of the dog's torso.
