BTW, the instructions are in Japanese, but the kit is easy to assemble and paint so I didn't find that to be a problem.

Open Box
The tape sealing the box was open on one side. The contents were in a sealed plastic bag and appear to be intact. The box was also dented. Overall, a disappointment as this was purchased as a gift.

Pieces do not fit together
Some of the moldings are larger than others, and the peg-in-hole standard of snap fit models mostly doesn't work here. To assemble mine, because neither the seller nor Amazon would honor my return request, I had to file down and trim off several connections and use plastic glue instead. Very low quality product and I will not be shopping from this seller again.
