2 pin plug!!!
This wax heater works really well and is very professional, however, it comes with a 2 pin plug, which is not compatible in the UK so make sure to buy a 2 to 3 pin adaptor if you want to buy this and live in the UK...

Unfortunately this product needs to be used before realising it doesnt meet any expectations I had and it cant be returned because of this. It has an EU plug that doesnt work in the UK so you need to buy this. The cartridge is a very tight fit, I needed a screwdriver to wedge it out. After an hour the wax wasn't warm enough. Not impressed by this product at all.
