Plenty of storage space. Outer case not as sturdy as I hoped but OK.

Love the case and purchased it as I need to hold as many pencils at advertised but although it has that many loops you cannot fill every one of them without forcing it with great difficulty! I did get them all in and haven't used yet but expect to have trouble every time I try to replace a pen or pencil. Perfect if you don't have as many pencils as the slots available!

I bought this pencil case with hopes of being able to store 72 brush pens ( thin) and it utterly failed. I can only store them in the case and not in the slots. I had to remove a compartment just to close itI can store 20 stabilo pens + 12 colouring pencils + 6 sarasa pens in the 72 slots (well 48 due to me not being ale to use the 3rd compartment) and 72 thin brush pens and 9 muji pens. Considering i was hoping to use the 72 slots for brush pens i am very disappointed as this barely even closes.One of the first times i've been disappointed with an amazon purchase. 3 stars is generous

I have 3 different sets of watercolour pencils, all in different tins, and this fits all of them in and space for rubbers and pencil sharpeners in another section, makes it so much tidier than having to search through 3 different tins for a certain pencil. I only have 3 sets of 24 so they fit perfectly with room for more if I want to add them. But I have used a section also for some small paint brushes. I wouldnt be big enough to take normal sized brushes as the handles are too long on normal brushes, but I have some shorter , travel brushes and they fit perfectly.
