AWESOME
The media could not be loaded. If you've never had a 'jacuzzi'/hot tub/spa before.... OH MY GOSH. I'm not as young as I used to be but I put this up all by myself in a few hours. I was just going to get in and sit down for a minute (a day later after I heated it to 95*). As soon as I sat down with the warm bubbles going up my back.... I stayed for an hour. Almost as good as sex, if I may say so. It seems pretty durable for the few weeks I've had it, I've seen videos that it will last a few years. The COVER is a real cover with anchors and an air pillow that keeps our high winds away from it. There is room in the Colmen Spa to exercise a little as well. Probably 4 grown adults is a stretch, but for the money, it is worth it.

Perfect for what I needed - dog physical therapy
My intention in purchasing this hot tub was solely to use it for my disabled boxer dog. I wanted something that would keep water warm and clean and that would be deep enough for buoyancy to keep my dog upright, and shallow enough that my dog's feet could touch the bottom while he stood. This hot tub fulfilled exactly all of those needs, and I could not have been more happy with the purchase. We used it nearly daily for a year in California and it worked perfectly for our needs. We kept it heated in the 90-93 degree range, but I have heated it up to 104 (not with my dog inside!). My dog really enjoyed going in his "pup tub," and it was a nice part of his daily routine. It definitely enhanced his quality of life during his last year. I had been nervous about maintaining the water because I'd never cared for a hot tub or pool before, but it was not difficult. My dog has now passed away, but the tub is still functioning fine after over a year of use.The hot tub did have one significant issue, which was that the valve where you connect the air pump did not work. I initially hooked up the hot tub exactly as described and water leaked out of that connection because the valve was faulty. I subsequently read that this is a very common flaw in the hot tub. I did not need the bubbles for my dog and had no intention of using them, so I simply capped off that port (with a cap that was included) rather than attempting to keep it connected to the pump. So, in the end, this was not a problem for me, but if I had bought the tub wanting to use it for myself and wanting to use the bubbles, it would have been disappointing.

Details on shutoff/timer feature
I'm enjoying it.. The bad: The instructions are terrible. Some of it is only picture drawings which are laughably tiny, and I have good eyesight. I spent lots of time searching the internet for details on the timer and shutoff (more on that in "the good"). I won't punish it for using more energy than an acrylic tub because that's not what it is. Acrylic tubs with ionizers also run more efficiently on chemicals. But this isn't that, and is 1/10th the price. The good: it works! It really heats to 104. The floor is a soft neoprene-like padding. The "jets" actually produce a strong vigorous bubble, kind of surprising for what they are. The chemical dispenser mounted in the tub is convenient and easy to fill and use. Chemicals aren't rocket science. All I use is 1/8 cup (slightly less) of non-chlorine shock once every 1-2 weeks and 2 small bromine tablets every week. That's it. Crystal clear water. The timer mystery: yes it shuts off every 3 days if no activity on the controls. I use it at my lake home only on the weekends, so I want it hot for me on Friday evening. So, on Sunday mornings I set the timer to kick it back on in 99 hours (the max) and run for 48 hours (the max). Then I turn the heat off to save electricity costs. After 3 days, the filter turns off from no activity. On day 4, the timer turns everything back on and the tub begins heating back up. I return on the evening of day 5 (Friday) to a heated tub. It has been great for a 110v option, temporary hot tub that can be stored away for winter. If it lasts for over a year, I'll be ecstatic.

Watch the You Tube videos for set up
I am so glad I purchased this as AC really does a number on my bones and joints in the summer. It is 99% perfect as I learned a lesson the hard way with it. The first night I had it while it was heating during the night, I woke up to a soaked patio and a fierce drip from the C valve. I was in a panic and watched a bunch of You Tube videos and worried I would have to return it. Turns out there is a rubber white gasket that affixes to the the pump nozzle that I hadn’t attached and found in the bottom of the opened box. Make sure gasket is attached!I also can’t figure out how to add the batteries to the remote because they are stuck in there lopsided and won’t flatten to allow me to screw the back panel back on. I consider myself to be a reasonably intelligent person and am frustrated by these two little things which aren’t referenced in the set up instructions. I guess I’ll keep working on the remote until I figure it out. Otherwise, the spa is fantastic!

Terrible quality for the money
This hot tub worked so great for the three months that we had it... we LOVED it!! We emptied it out to clean it and as we went to move it, by using the handles), one of the handles ripped off and caused a tear in the side, this causing an air leak. We have tried EVERYTHING to repair the leak, including but not limited to the patch kit included in the hot tub. For what we spent on it, (over $800), and for how minimally and gently we used it, we are heartbroken that it is such terrible quality. We are done with Coleman after this.

Good price and well built
Comfortable for one or two large adults and maintains its temperature well. 3 or 4 adults would be a little tight for this size unit. If you want a nice 104F soak or prefer a cool dunk in summer this has you covered. Easy to setup and maintain. From what I can see it should breakdown easily for winter storage in a relatively small space.
