Product works great. Easy to install. Only one small issue. One if the metal sleeves broke off as I was tightening down a hammock wood cover. I tightened all the same because I had my drill set to not over tighten. I ended up having a spare drywall screw and a washer and drilled straight down through like a screw and it worked fine. One of the long screws broke as I was driving it into the bottom of the same "arm". Overall happy with the result.
