I buy these and crochet all around them and give as gifts. People love them and I keep getting request once people know that I am the person that created it. The pillows have very good memory foam and are sturdy and hold up well for your neck, or as a prop for your arm or middle of your back when sitting up. They are smaller than I expected but still a decent size depending on what you are using it for. The cover is very nice and thick also even tho I would never remove it to wash because as I mentioned I crochet over the entire pillow so I can't speak to that part but it is a good cover.

I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, basically shrinking space between the discs in my neck and I was only able to sleep on my back for awhile - this pillow made a huge difference. It is super comfortable under my neck and I slept so much better. It’s firm enough for the support I needed yet had just enough give. I can now sleep on my side and I still use this pillow for neck support. I highly recommend it. I also purchased a pillow case from Amazon that fit it perfectly.

The quality of the product is good and pretty much as described, however, it may not fulfill it's described purpose for some (most?) people. I bought this to reduce the strain on my neck as I sleep or during stretching/floor work, unfortunately it's just too big to provide the appropriate support in the right way. I didn't understand this until I had already caused further strain to my neck and my physical therapist explained to me that anyone with neck or back pain should NEVER buy "one size fits all" pillows or braces. Our bodies are just way too different and where/how the roll sits at our neck (and how high) is an extremely critical factor in whether it will do what we need it to do. He went on to explain almost all of these cervical pillows are way too thick and sit way too high and therefore more likely to do more harm than good. Unfortunately, because it's soft and feels comfy at first, most folks won't realize their neck and head are not positioned correctly and may not feel the ill effects right away or they may confuse their typical neck pain with the strain caused by the pillow. For this pillow to work as needed, it would need to be a good 2-3 inches smaller in diameter (for most). The proper use and fit for this type of pillow- When lying flat on your back the top back portion of your head should touch the mattress or the bottom of a flat pillow. The neck muscles are supposed to be supported so as to be in a relaxed position, but not overly supported to the point that your head is propped up or hanging over the back of the bolster. Both my PT and my chiropractor insist that a rolled up towel is truly the best and the easiest way to get a custom fit with the correct support that's needed. I highly recommend keeping your money and raiding the towel closet instead.

I have severe osteoarthritis in my neck/back, shoulders, and knees. After a serious health crisis, I ended up in a skilled nursing facility for a few weeks to regain strength and stamina. I was having trouble sleeping due to neck and shoulder pain -- I was waking up almost every hour and couldn't get comfortable. My physical therapist at the facility suggested sleeping with a rolled towel under my neck. It took a couple of nights to get the right diameter, but once we did, it worked so well that I knew I would need something like it when I got home. I immediately checked Amazon to see if I could find something that might work and saw this. I showed it to my therapist, and he said it looked like it might be worth a try as the diameter was close to what I was using in the facility.I've been using it for a week, and I've never slept better. It completely works for me. As I said above, the fit is critical. If the diameter is too big or too small, it probably won't work. I use it in an adjustable bed with the head raised at about 30 degrees, and it's just right. I'm now sleeping through the night without waking up due to pain.So it might take some experimentation, and if you can experiment with a rolled towel before ordering to get an idea of the diameter, it might be worth the effort. I'm thrilled with mine and it's really helping with neck/shoulder pain at night.

I use this pillow to relieve pressure on my neck when reading in bed. Fits the curve perfectly and was just what I needed for comfort and to prevent stress on my muscles.I've washed the cover once and it came from the dryer without a problem. I've used it for about a month and the pillow has retained its shape. It solved a painful problem and now I couldn't live without it.

But 'normal' memory foam has a certain firmness that intensifies when it gets cold. This one is as firm as a 'normal' one would be if it were cold.I'm not saying that's bad - I just need to figure out where I need this most. It seems well built. It's light weight. It's kind of big. I'm pretty big, but I was surprised that this almost seemed too big around. Once I settled in, it was good.All in all, a good quality product. I will keep it handy.

Not for sleeping in my experience.Arrived fast. Well made. As hard as a rock. Gives me a terrible headache so I made a cover for it that matched the couch cushions & threw it on the couch for possible lumbar support.Great quality- but I was looking for a neck roll pillow for neck support to sleep on & this wasn't it.

The pillow was purchased a few months ago, and I can confirm it’s extremely helpful in supporting both my neck and back when needed. However, some people might find this pillow too hard in terms of it being overly rigid, but for those who prefer it this way, I can confirm that it doesn’t lose its properties after being used for a few months. So I would say it’s a great item and good value for money.
