I agree with many other reviews about lack of floss in certain colors. It’s obvious before even starting on the project that certain colors are used more than others and the lack of floss of those colors. The most difficult to find was the gold metallic thread. Also, I left off the beads holes are not large enough to fit over the needle. This does not affect the look of the stocking, just an annoyance. My granddaughter will love this stocking but I will think twice before purchasing this brand again.

Ran out of 4 colors of thread, but luckily, I had enough left over from prior project that matched. Pattern is super cute and the beads really add a festive touch - especially to the village scene across the top.

I liked the picture, some of the symbols are very similar and it makes it hard to follow. There wasn't enough of several colors of floss, the company is very good at sending more floss, but because of color variations it doesn't always work. I will continue to order from this company.

I loved the design but found that I was not provided with enough floss.The company needed to be clearer about the floss numbers.The floss that came with the kit was not easy to keep neat.I have purchased many of these kits, and this is the first one that caused me to go out and purchase additional floss.

This turned out really cute and my granddaughter is going to love it! However, the company doesn't send enough thread in the kit! I'm a very experienced cross-stitcher and use very little thread when I stitch so I was very surprised when I ran out of two colors! Fortunately, I have tons of thread so I was able to just use the thread I have. I have a LOT of leftover thread of all the other colors but I found it irresponsible of the company to not anticipate how much thread is used of the big colors like black and dark blue, which are major colors in this design. The other thing is the color used for the name isn't even supplied, at least according to the symbol used on the instruction sheet! I just picked a dark blue from my own supply that came close to the colors used in the design! It still turned out great but as I said, very irresponsible of the company!

Great design and easy to follow pattern. I did have to take a trip to my local craft store because I was short quite a few colors where ther was some slight color discrepancy.

I am really enjoying making this stocking for my Granddaughter. The only problem I encountered -- there was not enough thread to complete the stocking. I ran out of metallic, black and one other color. I had enough of regular embroidery thread on hand, but had to borrow some metallic from another kit I had to complete the stocking. It would be nice if you made sure there is enough thread in the kit.

The design is really clever and colorful. It's not too difficult, and I'm enjoying working on it. However, I'm running out of thread in almost every color. I don't know why manufacturers can't calculate better how much thread you will need.
