My daughter has literally had a persistent rash in her bum. After extensive research we chalked it up to ammonia burn from the cloth diapers. Well it was getting better with drying and the application of a homemade shea butter/ coconut oil cream but it never completely healed. Within 2 nights of using this baby girls mad rash ceases to exist. We applied a generous amount at night before her extended sleep period and once more after her first night time feed. Amazing.It's very gentle on the skin and smells really nice. Beware if you use cloth diapers make sure you use a liner, otherwise use a disposable like we did just because we don't have liners at the moment.I was definitely skeptical as usual with products bought online but this will be my new go to with the baby's diaper rashes.2018 Update: I have a second child who has been suffering from a progressive DROOL rash. I know Drool! Anywho we tried vaseline, calendula salve & cream, and hydrocortisone. None of it seemed to help so we bought a new jar of this gave it a shot. In 2 days the rash is almost gone!

I can’t tell you what a relief this wonderful product brought to our daughter rear end!!! We tried everything when it came to her diaper rash and nothing would help. So I desperately searched the interweb for something that would help. I came across this product and thought I would give it a try. We did a one day rush delivery and when we received the product I put it on her immediately. Within one hour you could tell the difference!!! I was amazed!!! I put it on her at bedtime and when I woke up in the morning it was damn near gone!!! I was soo happy I immediately called my husband to tell him and we were soo happy!! Thank you for this product!! This is the only cream I've been able to use. Used it on my 4 yo and still do, and I use it on my 1 yo and new born. They all had(ve) sensitive skin when in diapers. Other rash creams would break them out. It works when on severe and small diaper rash. We had an Italian soup and it made my 1yo have raw, cut open wound, bright red bleeding rash from the hot spices (kind of poop). This was the only thing that helped calm her when rubbed in after changing her diaper.

Cleared my baby's diaper rash in one generous application. He never gets diaper rash but one night he went poo in his diaper and when I changed his diaper in the morning his skin was pretty red and irritated. I hate using desitin because it does not contain natural ingredients but it was all I had. Used desitin for a whole day and it helped but did not completely clear up the rash. Once I got this balm in the mail I applied it generously to baby's bottom and when I changed his diaper two hours later the redness and rash were completely gone. Wow! Plus my LO had a little scaly skin behind his ears and a dab of this took that away in minutes. Awesome product!

WOW! We tried all of the most popular diaper rash creams like Desitin, A&D, etc. and this is the only thing that actually worked to clear up our baby’s terrible diaper rash. It started to look better in just one day! I couldn’t believe it especially since all of the other creams didn’t do anything over weeks. We use the Balm Baby spray along with this and it works amazingly. Also smells great! (Kind of smells like Vick’s Vapo Rub). Thank you so much for providing our baby relief from her rash!!!

This is my second jar because it works really well overnight for my girl, but this new jar has a very strong smell that I can’t place. Zinc or something. I wish it were chamomile or lavender or anything else that I smell. It’s so strong, I think it takes over her sweet new smell and she smells more like a medicine cabinet than my darling angel should.

I like this stuff for my sons a lot. The first one i got seemed maybe like a different formula. But this works really good for my babies and I love that its clean. Expensive but seems to last a long time for us because they dont get rashes a lot.

I got it a few hours ago and I can tell it has helped a lot!! I've tried everything out there, butt paste, desitin, a&d, the only thing it helped a little bit was triple paste but not much. This product which is all natural and vegan free, it has so many natural ingredients just to name one chamomile and the smell its amazing!!!
