I purchased all three and really tried to make this work. The red curry is the one I tried the most. Unfortunately I am going to throw all three out.There is a weird after taste and smell using this product. Never had this experience before.Very disappointed and really tried to make this work.

Received on 6/15 and made curry on 6/21 so I know the awful flavor isn’t because it was old on my end but when I opened the red one to make a curry tonight and I noticed it had a weird smell that I can’t put my finger on besides being kinda plasticy. I made the dish anyways but I couldn’t eat more than 3 bits. I had high hopes for these but when the first dish I made is ruined I don’t want to even try anything else with these. And nonrefundable so it was a total waste of money.UPDATE 8/20: Red curry one was bad but I’ve made a curry with the yellow as it smelled ok when I opened it and it turned out great. Owner was also great and gave a partial refund. I’d order this again just not in summer when heat can turn coconut bad.

Tried this on a fish dish. Outstanding taste no preservatives - dont forget to refrigerate after opening this one! A must try!

Smells and tastes awful. Had to throw out all the bottles as they won’t accept a return.

I wasnt too impressed with the taste of this product. trying to taste the flavors it says it is but comes out a bit bland . I dont taste the curry flavors I am so used to tasting from other curry spices i have used before. good product but not the strong flavors I had expected it to have. good for people who dont eat too spicy like i do.

Tastes amazing

I had a yello curry dish at my fav Thai place and wanted to make it at home. This got such good reviews I bought it. SO YUMMY!!!! Oh my gosh. I am obsessed with it.Recipe:Saute one onion in large pot until caramelized. Then add two tbsp fresh chopped cilantro. Set aside.Cut up and roast on a sheet pan in the oven on 375 degrees one head of cauliflower and one large yam or sweet potato, cubed and tossed in olive oil. Cook until tender. Make the yamPieces smaller So they cook evenly.Into pot w onions add two cans coconut milk, half a can of water (or veggie or chix stock) and two heaping tbsp of this amazing curry.Add caulif and yam in and cook until, you know,It is Done.Enjoy!!!Add chicken if you want.Sooooooo good. Yum.

I love their coconut curry yellow, so wanted to try their green & red. Sadly those seem to be mostly shredded coconut with little or no spice. Surprised frankly.
