I've used these to block out the sound of roofers retiling the flats here, and the drilling and banging coming from above when my neighbour got a new bathroom and kitchen fitted. I've also used them in a hospital ward when there was a patient shouting all night...If you fit these earplugs correctly, they block the sound out of pretty much anything. But you must press them to seal against the skin. When I don't want a complete sound block, I pull a small amount off and use them without pressing against my ear so tightly.I also reuse them many times before the stickiness has gone. So they're great value for money.

I have ordered them abroad while staying in a hotel for a long time where there was always some noise leaving me sleep deprived. I had been using these earplugs before so I knew they'd work. They do reduce far away noise considerably. I dont think it would do much if someone snored next to you. I used to watch videos or films on my laptop with them on to help me get out of the anxiety of outside noises (the hypersensitive people know what I am talking about). So if I was able to hear the video perfectly fine on medium volume, it means they wouldnt do much if the noise is right next to you. However, if the noise comes from outside like cars, or neighbours walking/talking, I think they do a good job.They are relatively comfortable and stick pretty well, although I wouldnt say they are as efficient or usable after second time. They do stick to the hair (and dust/fluff) though and it can be annoying to remove them, sometimes pulling hair our, but without that glue they wouldnt stick to the ear, so you've got to put up with it.Overall, like I said, I would have been in hospital by now due to sleep deprivation and anxiety levels through the roof if I didnt have these ones. I will surely buy them regularly and have them with me wherever I go away from my house.

I read the mixed reviews on these and decided to give them a try. Previously I have used sponge ear plugs but found them fiddly to insert and not always effective. I'm so pleased I purchased these - they're so much better. I find them pretty straightforward to use - roll them into a ball and insert, pressing across a little to flatten, and they sort of 'stick' to your skin. Once they're in properly I can hear nothing (except my own heartbeat and some white noise, but once you get used to this it's not a problem). I can sleep easily through noisy conversations or TV from downstairs or the next door room. Each pair is good for 2 or 3 uses, but no more as they start to disintegrate a little and lose their stickiness.

I have been buying these for years as my partner snores and these are great. It doesn’t sound him out completely but does help a little.

Definitely recommend these. They stay in place when needed, at least for a fortnight of sleeping then they lose a bit of their stickiness to seal around the ear. Definitely recommend. Great product

I’m highly sensitive to sound, so having moved to London from the countryside, I was in noise hell.I tried a few brands of silicon earplugs slightly cheaper than Bioears, but they were sticking to my hair which was quite annoying.I don’t think I will try any other brands after having used these. I re-use each earbud twice so it’s good value for money. I’d definitely recommend these for swimming and noise cancellation :)

First ordered in Sep 2023 (18 pack). Now I'm back in Dec 2024 for another pack. They work well and last. What more can I say?
