How hot on the scale is it? i see the ghost pepper jelly scale is top notch and another jelly is mild. i'm looking for one that's simply hot.

It is mild. I don't like very spicy food. (For ex., l use the mild Ro-Tel sauce, as the original is a little too hot for me.) This jelly is delicious on brie cheese or on a roast beef sandwich, a little bit spicy and a tiny bit sweet.
