Good quality but can only mount vertical making it less than ideal for a belt.

Everything fits good. The only downside is if you want to wear it horizontal on a belt,it is a little to tight to put the belt through the straps. I carry the tourniquet attached to the outside of a med kit.

It’s a solid product, but it did not fit my tourniquet, as I bought it to hold a SOF T. Otherwise, I do not regret the purchase. Be mindful of the tourniquet you want to run it with.

When it is clipped on my belt, the strap is so wide that it is loose on my belt and slides up and down as I sit and stand. It gets caught on everything and even sticks to the bottom of my vest, which is annoying. But overall it does what it is supposed to and I like that I can have scissors and a sharpie with it as well.

PALS and MOLLE standard loops and straps are 1". The rear loop on this item is 2". So you cannot weave the attachment strap through the PALS loops on your pack and this MOLLE accessory. That's what gives the extra security of it not coming off. It's really designed for a belt, and I actually knew that but PALS is PALS and they could have just made a horizontal slit in the belt loop for total compatibility. I'll use it anyway for carrying any small trail tools I use.

The material on the mail set up seem nice and the Molle strap is cut well and weaves well. My only concern is the Velcro seems weak. It holds tight, but I am wondering how many times you will be able to open and close it before it becomes weaker and does not hold well.
