It cost too much!
When your use to eating certain things but can't find them in other states! Well, that was the case here. However, thanks to Amazon, we were able to order from them. All was good except the price! Lol. But hey, you want it, you pay whatever for it!

Gotta love Cajun
These make you feel like you are back in The French Quarter. I pit a ham hock in mine...remove and slice Kelbasa for the last 30 mins. Had leftovers last night, served over rice...mmmmm mmmmmm

I love these! These are great tasting and easy to prepare. I add a ham bone if I have it and conecuh smoked sausage to mine. I add sausage at the last 40-45 mins of cooking.

The black eyed peas are delicious. Just add some sausage and cook in the crockpot for about 3 to 3-1/2 hours on high. I love the Cajun spices.
