Cut to size (with sturdy scissors), this can be used to fill a patio with 'grass' reasonably convincingly. It feels good underfoot and really perks the place up. Decided to roll it up and put it away over the winter so cannot comment on how severe rain might affect it. We put several pieces together and you can't really see the join, but like snooker baize it has a slight 'knap', so if you cut it and put two pieces together at 90 degrees you'll notice a textural difference between the two - only a very minor issue.

Looks better after it is laid for a few weeks. I laid this myself and found it easy 👌

This product was offered in a 3m x 4m piece which was perfect for a small flat roof area (I didn't want to join strips). It's very thick and you can't see the base between the strands of 'grass' at all. It was very easy to cut and looks classy. It was more expensive than other products, but worth the money. I suspect that cheaper versions would not look nearly as good. I can certainly recommend it.

Very good and easy to lay

I must say I was dubious ordering artificial grass online but I am so chuffed with this grass. I got the Stratford 30mm, which not only looks great, it feels nice underfoot and is heavy enough to go down with no underlay. No more weeding the patio for me this summer 😁

Perfect for our small garden and our pets. Would recommend but note it does get hot in the sun but our dogs love it in our small back garden. We didn't need to stick it down (although I bought tapes) has stayed put in all weathers. Looks great
