When my nose was really stopped up and i had congestion, Afrin really opened me up to breath again. This is the best I have used.

The "original" formula of Afrin nasal spray is a watered-down version of of the actual original strength, which they have labeled "Severe Congestion". The "Original is basically water and has little impact. Get the "Severe Congestion" formula.
