Bamboo CayMen's Short Sleeve Dual Bamboos Casual Hawaiian Shirt

Long time loyal customer of Bamboo Cay I’ve previously purchased at stores and decided to purchase 2 new shirts through Amazon Prime. Although I am not sure if both shirts were sourced from same or different vendors they did arrive at different times, one arriving via USPS, the second via UPS. . These are high quality shirts and to ship them in the gray plastic bags needs to be reviewed. While I understand this may be cost effective, the dark blue shirt (via USPS) arrived in a wadded up wrinkled bag and after 1/2 hr of ironing attempting to get the wrinkles out of the material I gave up and sent it to the dry cleaners. The second shirt sent via UPS was wrinkled, did require extensive time with an iron but ultimately ended up wearable.Fit is perfect, husband is 6’3” and 210, XL is long enough for his torso and each time he wears Bamboo Cay receives compliments. Highly recommend product.

I am looking to exchange the size large I purchased, for a medium. May I do that?
