I feel safe wearing this out in my garden cutting back thorny bushes. I bleed very easily and this totally works to protect my arm. I can wash it and use it again.

I used this (don't laugh) for bathing my very self-protective cat! Usually giving her a bath gives me a whole range of cuts, slicings, scratches, and piercings. Not this time! Thanks to these cut-proof and bite-proof sleeves, I am no longer getting outsmarted by a 9-pound cat turned supervillian at bath time!P.S. My husband also likes using them when cooking and prepping.

Washing machine safe (not to exceed 140 degrees water). Allows air in, light weight, and good for handling abrasive materials. The only thing is it fits snug and doesn't go pass my elbow due to my large arms but still worth the protection.

Pros: I feel safe using these along with my cutless gloves doing HVAC.Material is thick and seems as strong as my gloves.I like the thumb hole which allows the sleeve to stay put when wearing glove over top; less chance of wrist peeking out.Covers full length of my forearm.Cons: I'm a petite female and the fabric is a tiny bit loose around my arms. However, it doesn't slide around. I just wish it was like wearing panty hose on my arms not loose tube socks.The fabric is thick for safety reasons. I dread wearing these in hot attics in August.

I have a lot of sharp stickery plants and bushes and have always gotten deep cuts and skin tears working with them.I saw these sleeves and because of the way they were described, and showed that you cannot penetrate/cut them with a knife and not penetrate through them, I decided to try them.Oh my gosh, they absolutely work! No cuts, No scrapes, No rips!I wear short leather gloves with them because just gardening gloves still penetrate.I do look look like the "tin man" from OZ, but who cares!Definitely Recommend!
