My apartment was suffering from a roach infestation and I saw a roach on two separate occasions despite keeping my place clean and putting down roach bait. This product was recommended by close relative who lives abroad in a humid tropical country where these pests are commonplace. I was skeptical at first, but since installing these in various locations around my unit, I have not seen a single roach.

Only one product in the box (instead of 4). And I found a used handkerchief and used plastic bag. How can such a thing happen ?!

I believe I just received a bad batch which can happen with any product. My in-laws have a similar product by this company and it works very well.I still have issues with flies in my kitchen that I am having to purchase something else to help with the flies. I don’t have dishes lying around or a garbage disposal and my trash is in a built in cabinet so I am not sure why I still have so many flies. The rest of the house where I have the product seems to be working. I notice the flies more during the day when it is warm. Any other time I feel that the product works. I guess I was expecting no flies rather than the 50 I am having to deal with because the product is supposed to repel. I am not sure why the light is blinking.

It keeps away all the Palmetto bugs and Lizards that get into my FL home.

This company knows how to take care of their customers very well.....They sent me a replacement for that 1 item that is not working ...and they sent me refund as well.....Now all the Ultrasonic repellent are working and I see 1 cockroach dead every week....I will definitely buy again tis brand and from this company

I have not seen a drastic improvement with the insects in my house. This product advertised to decrease the amount of insect accumulation but this is not true. This is certainly not worth the amount I paid. But if buy you it is easy to use.

I purchased this product in the hopes that it would WORK. Since plugging these into 4 different locations, we saw flys, and FOUR MICE!!! They went TO the spots we plugged these in at. I'm furious that I wasted my money on a product I thought would work!! we constantly clean and pick up after ourselves. theres no reason why this is the case. I would NEVER purchase this product EVER AGAIN

Like how easy they are to use- obviously all you need to do is plug them in. However, I’ve had them for a couple months now and still find plenty of bugs in my apartment. Since this came with 4 plug-ins I would’ve thought I’d be extra covered. Apparently not. Would’ve returned if it wasn’t past the date because they don’t appear to be doing anything. Waste of money.
