I love King Palm, and Lemon Haze is my favorite flavor. This delivery was the worst I've ever gotten. On a plus note, the beads were very easy to pop, but I think it's because they were old and dried. There was hardly any scent or flavor, nor any effect of the terpenes. The leaves were sometimes brittle. I didn't return, because King Palm is hard to source in my town. I'm not sure I want to buy from Ooze Life (seller) any more and will make sure to find a different seller. Would not recommend. King Palm is too expensive to get none of the perks of a King Palm.Update 01.24.23: Seller reached out to me after my previous 3-star review and offered to ship a new order out to me. While he was out of stock in my favorite Lemon Haze, he substituted Magic Mint at my request and sent the shipment right away. Excellent customer service and premium replacement, so I'm changing my review to 5 stars. Thank you, Ooze Life!

Update: The seller reached out to me. Great customer serviceI love king palms, especially the mango flavor. I normally get them at the smoke shop but decided to try and order from Amazon for once. First and Last time! I thought it would be safe because it was from the brands store via Amazon but guess not! The container was possibly squished and thus popped opened as pictured, had a slightly weird smell and some of the cones were missing. Huge disappointment. Idk what’s going on with this brand lately

I bought a pack of unflavored ones a couple of months ago. They were dried out. I told the seller. They apologized and refunded me, which I didn't even ask for. So I decided to give another batch a try. I'm so glad I did. My only complaint is my marijuana budget took a hit. Because I'm going through more now because of this badass product.

Easy for pre rolls

The first order was fantastic, orders number two and three were a mess. Containers were broken and items scattered in the packaging. A couple were broken, some had nothing to pop for flavor but you know, I still like King Palm. Packaging needs to be more secure.

I have used unflavored King Palms from a local shop many times and loved them. But these were disappointing. When they arrived, all of them were dry, and a couple had cracks in them. They crack easily when packing. The flavor is not the best either, especially when mixed with the burning dry leaf taste.Update: The company reached out to me saying they would send me a replacement but I have yet to receive any replacement. Do not waste your money on this SCAM!

Came open in the package and all of the cones were spilled out. One cone broken in half. No top on the package. This is the second time this product has been delivered this way since I’ve been ordering. :(

Simply put, these things take your sessions to a whole different level of flavour and of course laughs
