I can confirm that the fingerprint reader does work with this case, although it does leave you with a visible circle in the middle of the screen. Will need getting used to, but I'm very happy to finally find a case that actually works with the fingerprint reader. It did take 3 tries to get the sticky circle to adhere properly (dust particles, not enough pressure) but luckily they give you 3 extra sticky circles. Trying to keep this case clean inside was a bit of a faff.Case itself is sturdy, feels comfortable in my hands. Doesn't add too much to the profile of the phone. Charging port cover is quite hard to remove, but helps with the waterproof seal, so just something else to get used to with time.Cannot speak on how waterproof it is, wasn't bought for that feature but the seal around the phone feels tight.

I thought this cover was brilliant & in a number of ways it is. However, the fingerprint recognition doesn't work well. That is, it worked really well until I had to take the cover of & then....nada, it completely stopped working. I contacted the company to see if they could provide me with a new fingerprint recognition 'dot' - after all the advertise their brilliant 24hr customer service. What happened? Nothing! No response!In March 24 for the 1st time ever I dropped my phone falling over on a pavement. The cover provided no protection whatsoever. My phone screen and electronics were shattered. It's just cost me £200 to have a new screen with connectors to get it working again. So, I can safely say I will never purchase a Beasey phone cover again. I might as well have wrapped my phone in clingfilm.

I blog my cold water therapy journey every single day, so I purchased this case as my phone kept getting wet and damaged.can I just say how INCREDIBLE this case is. I lost my phone in the sea while pier jumping, I went back nearly 6 hours later at low tide and found my phone, so I took out case, dried it off over night and its in fully working manner hahaha im actually still amazed and will always now recommend this product to my sea lovers

I bought 2 of these, one for my S23plus and one for my S20plus after reading great reviews. On first impressions the cases were flimsier than expected, the sides are a semi hard plastic/rubber material which was ok, but the front and back protector were a flimsy bit of clear plastic. That being said the case seal seemed good and the shape was nice. I also like that it comes with a lanyard.2 big problems, the microphone and hearing quality are terrible - could barely hear or be heard even with the charging port hole open (as advised in the instructions). Also, despite meticulous installation there is gapping between the screen and phone at the edges of the case (partyicularly top- and bottom) meaning the back and menu keys are an absolute nightmare to make contact with. The finger print sensor when installed properly is reasonably sensitive, but not as sensitive as other cases I've used.The biggest problem however was that these cases are not suitable for use under water. The S23 case leaked - badly! To the point any gap in the case and screen was filled with water - the big problem with this was that you can't use the touch screen and the speaker and charging point also get wet meaning fuzzy sound and the dreaded you have moisture in the charging hole alarm that stops you charging your phone!I gave up in the end - as I specifically bought the case for underwater and to protect a slight crack in the S20 (causing the phone to no longer be waterproof) the phones the cases are useless the leaqk seemed to come from the charger cover so this seems to be the weak spot and given it's the part that will be moved a lot I can only imagine this connection will worsen over time.

The case itself is fine, doesnt affect camera quality, seems robust, easy enough to take on and off, but the built in screen protector is slightly odd to the touch, with a circle in front of the fingerprint scanner that comes with a protective sticker over it. Problem is, when you take that off it leaves a sticky residue on the circle rendering the fingerprint scanner useless. Not the end of the world, can probably scrape most of it off with a knife but wouldnt be able to get all of it i imagine.

This is my second Beeasy case as it needed replacement only due to all the protection it gave to my phone.Excellent product and does everything to maintain a pristine phone within.I reckon they have sorted the fingerprint recognition issue as this second one works fine every time.You won't buy better👍

Einfach gut. Es hat mir das Gerät gerettet als es von ca. 1.20m auf dem Asphalt geflogen. Die Schale vom Druck ist zerplatzt aber das Gerät, Samsung s20+ hat überlebt. Nichts davon mitbekommen. Deswegen habe ich zweite bei Amazon bestellt. Wasser-Test (Dichtigkeit ist ganz Gut- es gibt nur etwas der damit kommt, es ist die Sprachqualität bei telefonieren oder Aufnahme, klar wenn die Kiste dicht ist dass es beeinträchtigt aber es geht wenn man nur telefoniert, für Video-Aufnahme ist es nicht geeignet. Wenn man die Dichtung der Auflade Schachtel öffnet, wird es besser aber trotzdem nicht genug. D.h. wenn man plant Videos zu drehen, wenn es nicht regnet oder so, sollte man die Schale abnehmen oder mit dem Klang leben (wenn man eigene Audiospur verwendet z.B.)Sollte es mir kaputt wieder gehe, werde ich nochmals das-gleiche bestellen.

Llego en 5 días a la Argentina en esta época de pandemia y sobre todo por ser Argentina. El producto es muy bueno, cumple su función.
