I am very disappointed in this product. The recording is not working. I follow the instructions and once in a while, I'd say once in twenty trials it works, if I am lucky. Although I follow the instructions and have other people try it out too, it just does not record. There is a similar pen from Ravensburger that comes with picture books where pre-recorded stickers make sound which works brilliant. They now also have editions where you can record as well and that works brilliantly. It seems that this pen here is poorly designed. You could not let children more down on their learning...

lo acabo de sacar de la caja, y no funciona la grabacion, solo funciona con los sonidos predeterminados.que hago con el lector si no funciona, necesito un reemplazo urgente

Toller Stift. Lässt sich sehr einfach bedienen. Unbedingt die Bedienungsanleitung gut lesen, dann kann man auch alles aus ihm heraus holen, was er zu bieten hat. Beispielsweise lassen sich die Klebepunkte mehrfach bespielen, weil man sie löschen kann. Bisher ist noch nie ein Fehler aufgetreten und er ist sehr häufig und hochfrequentiert bei mir im Einsatz

I follow the instructions and tried to record many times. but mostly failed to record the whole speech (less than 3 minutes). A few times the recording was complete, but after replayed a couple of times, it stopped replaying. I thought it was the battery problem, so I even replace the battery and retried, it did not work. The sticker are hard to peel off. I decided to return the product after a couple of hour trying to make it work. And I tried to peel off 2 stickers, both damaged my book :( Very not happen with it.
