B&L recently added 350% more preservatives and a detergent to this product - is this offer for the old or the new formula?

I received the new formula despite the picture showing the box for the old one. It's horrible; burns and leaves an obscuring scum on the surface of the lens. I tried several sellers in an attempt to find someone who still had some of the old formula, with no luck. (I also contacted B & L with my complaints, & urge as many people to do so too if they are unhappy with the new formula.)

Can I use directly in eyes for washing rather than for contacts?

I use it to moisturize my eyes, but it's usually when I'm wearing contacts.

Can this bottle be opened and refilled?

There's no reason to. If you are thinking about re-filling the 1 ounce bottle with stuff from the 12 oz bottle, they are different products. There are 3 different products called Sensitive Eyes in this add. One is saline rinsing solution, one is a cleaner and the third is rewetting drops. all named Sensitive eyes but not inter-changeable

Can these drops be used without contact lenses when your eyes are just dry?

Definitely i use it in the middle of the night or when i shower no contacts in my eye It soothes the eyes I have patients buy it for sore itchy dry eyes
