I have been using generic Android boxes for a few years and after deciding it was time for an upgrade I chose this Minix model.After firing it up for the first time I immediately downloaded the updates and then set about configuring my apps. There are 2 launchers included, but I installed Nova for more functionality.Video playback has been excellent and the Neo A3 controller makes it easy to navigate. Took me just a few minutes to adapt to "fly" mode. My only minor niggle with the A3 is there is no easy way (unless I missed it) to drag and drop when arranging my apps.I have read some people had issues with the power button not working on the remote, but no problem with mine.I plan to be ditching cable soon and wanted to put this box through its paces to make sure it could handle my streaming needs. So far it has exceeded my expectations and I plan to purchase another to use in a different part of the house.

I own a U9 and now this device. The U22 feels much faster, support is active/great; just what I needed.. Don't forget to check the firmware and update it with the OTA Update app (a system app that doesn't appear on the main displays - at least for the device as I bought it).

Good product. Need performance, operating security system and patch updates.

This Minix is a upgrade to the box I had and it works better. It comes with a few advantages over the last one. Do I think it was worth the extra bucks? Not really but I will keep it. I bought the Minix A3 Air remote to go with this box and I love this remote. Makes typing much easier specially with an old Disabled one working armed man... lifesaver..

Mixed feelings on this box. Everything worked great other than would not start with remote control or power button. Had to use reset hole on box to get it to start.

The device is usless for me now. I order it to connect it to my 24tb nas drive (two 16tb nas drives on raid0). I found that minix system was not able to read 80% off the files while it is readable on other android, windows or mac systems, even on my old minix models.I contact minix support team but unfortunately they were not able to fix this issue. now I have to purchase different media box.(Do not buy if you are planning to use it with a nas drive, you may face the same issues)

Its a powerful little box, but I feel there should be more options for the default home screen as on larger TVs it looks absolutely terrible. I flashed a third party ATV firmware and its been working great. Use it for media and games. :P

It is amazing strong device. I recommend it.
