Nice mug, shame about the execution and the customer service
I received this mug as a gift, unfortunately the transfer was folded and there was a noticeable issue with the picture. Despite contacting rhe seller and being told I’d receive a replacement there’s been no sign of it actually appearing. Subsequent chasing has received no response.
