With my wife, who is a restaurant manager, needing to go out on deliveries during the crisis, she asked for a phone holder.After looking at a few I noticed the had cords to plug into. My next thought was, maybe they do a QI charger version.Of course I found a ton on Amazon.While I cannot vouch for the quality of any of the others, I only purchased this one, I can attest that this phone cradle/charger is very slick and a tremendous value.Nice packaging, when opened there are two adapters. One that would clip to your vent, another that seems versatile enough to sticky mount it alot of places on the car.The mount uses 3m double sided. Some people have complained of the tape not working well. It does look thin but 3m is great quality so first make sure your surface is cleaned well and not textured. If it does not stay stuck, tey the thicker double sided tape but remember, no tape is going to stick well in super hot temps. Best to use the clip if possible.It attaches to the mount or the clip easily and can be tightened down after adjusting the swivel.Probably the coolest thing is the induction holding mechanism.As you approach the holder eith our phone it opens the arms. It closes once it is in. When you want to remove the phone simply put your hand behind the phone and the arms will release. If you told me you would be able to buy something this cool for around $20 when I was a kid I would have laughed at you.All in all, excellent quality, slick, the right price... worth every penny.

After wasting money on phone holders for my hubs none really held up to what he wanted. After searching the internet for something different i found this and OMG he looooooves it. Problem with most holders is you still plug a cord in your phone so your always fiddling with cords and it tends to make your phone hot being plugged in and using it right... well this holder is way different....it charges wirelessly so no cord attached to your phone...phone doesnt get really hot when using it on the charge pad...not to mention there is an awesome auto catch feature....so you put the phone in the holder and it self closes snug around your phone there is a little release button sensor thing in the back that you tap as you grab your phone that releases it .... my hubs usually just drops it on it and it does everything else....by far the best thing ever.....If you are looking for the best buy this the charge is fast doesnt heat the phone and cradles the phone nicely no more drops and cords getting in the way.... your phone cord stays plugged into the car and then into the holder so you phone can be free stop searching and wasting money and buy this one !!!

I wanted this to help when I have my GPS on, but it will barely stay in the vent. It has fallen several times while I am driving and that is a HUGE problem when I am on the highway! I have tried to adjust it each time and I still can not get it to stay in place :(

The media could not be loaded.  One of things I like is how compact and small it is also how much more quickly the arms open and close on my phone. I wish they had a solid color selection for this product and that the dashboard mounts would be able to last longer through the Chand of seasons. And finally have better ventilation system so it won't get over heated and cause the touch to open sensor to malfunction and and work until cools off, and increase wireless charging capability it's still to slow for me.

The lightning port on my iPhone X has finally gone toes-up and I can't charge my phone with a cable anymore. I love the Qi charger on my nightstand and my office desk, but I never imagined having one in my pickup. I've tried other AC vent clip-on holder/chargers before and never liked them, but then my wife got one of these and I was instantly dazzled. My choices then were to either steal hers or buy another one. Guess which one I did?No, I didn't steal hers.Buying a second one of something (not because the first one broke) is pretty good feedback in my book.I honestly don't like the idea of clipping a heavy thing onto my air vent, but I'm willing to work with it. One of my fears is that it puts too much stress on the vent and will break it, but this has an automatic clamp, so you won't put so much stress on it by opening and closing the bracket.Yes, I said an automatic clamp. There's a little sensor on the lower back side. Just brush a finger across that sensor and the horizontal clamps quietly feed open. Same when you replace the phone in the holder: Just put your finger back there and watch it magically grip your phone. Pretty spiffy.

The wireless charging technology drained my phone battery instead of charging it. Even when I had no apps running and the car wasn’t moving. My case is thin enough for the cheater to recognize the phone but then the percent battery would go down, and quickly, while I drove. The suction power is great, it held my phone over lots of bumpy roads. I really like the motion detector clamp, it’s so much easier to use than other phone holders. Unfortunately I can’t keep a phone holder that leaves me with less battery when I reach my destination.

The charger is very reliable and the 1-finger touch release is great. I own 2 and just gave one as a gift. The others I've tried require pressing buttons on both sides of the charger to release. This one is a slight touch on the top back of the unit. Super easy and convenient!

I like how this is easy to use. The first one I bought lasted me a year before the plastics broke. The second time I purchased this product, the manufacturer name changed but I bought two. One for me and one for my girlfriend. Both have faulty back touch sensor. One of them has a malfunctioning clamp. It sounds like the gears are cracking. It’s unfortunate to receive a bad quality product when I know it can be good and I am very hesitant to buy another one. One more thing to note, if you constantly are using navigation maps or are an Uber driver using your app on an iPhone, the charging will not be able to keep up. Your iPhone will slowly drain as it tries to charge and doesn’t actually charge. Otherwise, the charger is great.
