Will a rechargeable Panasonic Eneloop battery work perfectly?

I stopped purchasing this trimmer as everyone would fail two days after the warranty expired. I did use the Panasonic Eneloop battery occasionally successfully. I am now using the ZORAMI brand trimmer I purchased at Amazon well beyond the warranty period.

Does it have replaceable blades. Can you replace them?
