Perform as they should. Drilled through plywood and steel to anchor e-tracks.

Sometimes hard to get started.
Wish I could find self drilling with square or star drive. Philips heads are too easy to strip and more difficult to start without the bit slipping out.

Good Screws at a Great Price
These screws worked well for me. I used them to attach 0.063" thick aluminum sheet stock to 1/8" thick aluminum angle stock. The self drilling feature worked well and I did not have any issue with screws heads snapping off (a problem I've had with some stainless screws). I had to pre-drill holes when screwing into 1/8" steel or double thickness of 1/8" aluminum. Some people complain that screws are not really stainless steel if the screws are magnetic (i.e. the screws stick to magnets). Some stainless alloys are magnetic and others are not. These screws are 410 stainless, which is magnetic, so don't be surprised by this or think that means the screws aren't stainless.

Looks to be 410, drills very well
They came in a bag, in a cardboard bog, delivered in a bag... ?lower carbon delivery? Anyway, sharp, drill well through 23g metal roofing and box tubing. Magnetic since they're 410 SS so the magnetic driver works. Appear to be forged at the cutter end which is nice. Great value for what they are. I soaked a few in salt water, we'll see how that shakes out in a week or so. In Fla, so not rusting is my goal.

Did exactly what I needed them to do!
I have a vinyl fence around my back yard and each fence post has a square plastic cap. After Hurricane Helene came near us several of those caps were blown off. Fortunately, I found the caps in my yard and decided to use a single, small, stainless steel self-tapping screw to secure each cap to the fence posts to keep them in place. A week after I installed the screws, Hurricane Milton came within 10 miles of our house and did tremendous wind damage in our area. But all of my caps are still in place!
