Ordered for my sons 10 th bday 20 th may 2020 unfortunately when partner came to put the chair together the night before his bday ( it’s comes in Millions of pieces !!) there was no thread inside for him to connect the screw to meaning he got no further with the chair So my son didn’t get to have it ! Messaged them straight away and have been told to return for a partial refund !! Absolutely flabbergasted ! It’s in a huge heavy box I dread to think how much it would cost to return prob more than the Chair cost an for only partial refund !! Wtf ! So looks like no refund and stuck with a chair that cannot be put together fuming please don’t waste your money really regretting it now wish I had used a reputable company !

Arrived a week early which was great! The lower back support pillow is awful, forces your back in an uncomfortable position, its too big. It is removable though so no big issue. Couple issues with screw holes not lining up 100% but didnt affect overall construction. Chair is super supportive, really comfortable. Looks great as well, really smart. Time will tell how long it stays together but looking good so far.Edit: So lived with the chair using it daily for 7+ hours a day for over a month now... Had to retighten the screws securing the arms to stop them from wobbling a few times, but other than that it's still holding strong. Probably lean towards 3.5/5, but decent enough value for the money.

Decent chair, the foot stool comes in handy for Netflix and chill. The lumbar support is amazing. The arms are a bit wobble, but can’t do anything about that. Did take time to assemble but got there in the end. I recommend this product.

The only thing that really annoyed me the most, was that the box was extremely dumped when delivered, so I knew already something would be wrong. The reason I did not contact the seller for a return?...well I am sure you already know the answer to it. How can you tell your son that he no longer can enjoy the chair. So I closed my eyes to the damage on the chair, the damage is under the seat, so no one can see it. Hence the 2 stars.

So I have had mine a couple of hours of ay time. So fairly good so far, My only main complaint and probably more what I like to have is a more cushion by the knees and raise the the front up its very flat in like other chairs.Easy to assemble took about 30min.I'd did find that the screws do align, you just have to push the parts tight against the chair to get them in which could be made better on the manufacturers part. This way you don't have to struggle to get them in.There definitely a difference in manufacturing between the 2 chairs I got from the same manufacturer, the cut on some of the material is too large so you have a few ripples in places.Would I recommend yes but with the red and black one there a £16 delivery charge as I came via yodel not amazon.The normal/other chairs are free.

The chair is very noisy in every part, the leather the gears to recline the seat tilt the arm rests the included cushions rubbing against the chair is just the worst. It’s just very very bad quality, I don’t understand why every single chair of this type has such bad quality. Unless you spend 100s online something that is better, it just doesn’t make any sense why every gaming chair in this price range is terrible. If you want to stream using this chair, forget it your audience won’t be able to hear you over the squeaks. Don’t even get me started on comfort, and the footrest cushion flattens in minutes making it uncomfortable to use. And the way it curves around you, it’s too narrow and really hurts when you lean on it. It isn’t even soft material, rushed is being too generous to say for the person who designed this chair. AVOID BUYING TRUST ME!

The chair's unstable, unsupportive and poorly made. It wobbles when you sit on it and ends up sagging off to one side, so your weight is distributed unevenly, which in turn causes pretty gnarly lower back pain (for the record, I'm not an elephant either). Within a few weeks mine had broken completely, and wouldn't lower or raise any more.On the plus side, the customer service from the seller - OnloN - was really good. When my first chair arrived badly damaged, they sent a replacement quickly, and when the fault occurred they organised the refund immediately.

Decent quality, chair begins to lift from the floor if you sit upright and lean forwards.Otherwise all good, would recommend as good value for money.
