Q: What size is the bottle?

Since this is extremely concentrated, each bottle is the equivalent of a TBLSPN of extract. I am not certain what the ounces/ml is for each vial.

Q: Is this good to make amaretti?

I use it for making almond crescent cookies

Q: how much extract is in each vial? i have an italian ricarelli receipe that calls for two tablespoons.

Each vial contains 1/2 tsp. However, it is supposed to be as strong as 1 full tsp of other flavorings
