Good, but NOT FOR A WHOLE BLADDER like in a previous review which is why I purchased. However, they will hold a leak, and they work for regular to light flow periods. The material is not super breathable but what can you expect in that department when getting multiple layers. All in all, good purchase. I put them through the washer and dryer and they're fine.

Do wear a pad with them as they're not for full on bleeding or urination.
Very good for leakages, but quite sweaty to wear. Otherwise a good item, if not a little pricey.
