I have purchased this many times over the years. Ii have had brown spots on my face and hands disappear after religiously applying the cream. My face is baby smooth. You do have to start slow..a small amount every other night,It does sting a little, but that means it is working.I wash my face in the morning and apply another moisturizer. Almost no flaking!

Hello, this is the 4th day that I been using this cream, I seen many reviews on Amazon, some good, some bad. For me it works, a few years ago I developed this Acne pretty bad, I can't control it, I been taking Isotretinoin as my dermatologist recommend, and is working but now I'm fighting with the little acne scars and some darks spots. Well, this cream will help a lot if you use it as the instructions says, for the first time only use twice a week, I don't mix it with anything and I do not moisturize after that. Use it only night time and always use the sunblock. It tingles like everybody else say, for me its pretty strong the couple minutes but I can handle. So far nothing bad, it help me reduce the size of my acne as well as my scars, it reduce the redness and also next morning I see my skin more glowing. There is no Magic, your scars and dark spots will not disappear right away but my skin has improve a lot, but I can't speak for everybody, some skins are more sensitive than others.
