1. Form factor is close to requirements. Reshaping to create a conical wire winding form.2. The density is perfect for reshaping by hand.3. A radius edge and Dim. correct tooling bar embossed grooves for wire location/Retention worked well. With experimentation , proper pressure, Speed and 2 passes works nice without memory expansion.3. The price and qty is fair for variations.4. A mold and Resin pour for a few durable positives can be done in-house. * Cone research, a bit tough at first ' looking for cone in all the wrong places' The' Cone Heads' were in France on vacation ..Darn ! lol high density solid units to machine were tiny rig displays artsy display stuff... etc. These were a good choice in many ways so far.. might even have an extra to wear for ring toss Haha

Should have had a refund for two sets not one

So, I gave this 3 stars and here's the reason. This foam is really hard. This product would be best if you are painting it or covering it with fabric. I tried to make an Easter egg tree and it was so frustrating. Trying to push wire into this foam is like trying to push a square rock through a round hole. This would be good foam, as long as you don't need to push anything into it. Get the green foam for that. It's a good product but not for what I needed.

I ordered a large styrofoam cone. I received a large styrofoam cone! 👍

As I expEcted

The cones would have been perfect for my use but they both arrived damaged. One had the top 1” broken off and the other was cracked about 3” down. I needed them so I glued them back together but they need to be packed in a much sturdier manner
