VERY HIGH QUALITY FLOOR BUFFER FOR THE MONEY
I CANNOT BELIEVE THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE LOOKS OF MY HARDWOOD FLOORS.... THIS PUT THE FINISHING TOUCH ON THE SHINE. I DO RECOMMEND THIS BUFFER AND ALSO RECOMMEND IF YOU PURCHASE THE BUFFER TO BUY AND EXTRA SET OF PADS.OPERATION IS EASY. CHANGING THE PADS IS EASY AS 123. VERY GOOD PRODUCT WITH HIGH QUALITY RESULTS.

Too light weight
Does a decent job of polishing mop water residue off of ceramic flooring but needs to be a bit heavier for better sheen.

Absent scouring pads
Part of the reason I ordered this product was to get scouring pads which were not included as advertised. I ended up ordering them separately but expected them to be part of the package. Did receive extra polishing & washing pads in lieu apparently.
