Broke During First Use
The jack failed the first time I used it. I was very disappointed. I bought the jack because of the ratchet design. However; the ratchet was made from what appeared to be plastic. As I was raising my car, the floor jack bolt became harder and harder to turn. The ratchet plastic started to crack, and eventually, the bolt start to twist and bend on the end. It’s worth noting that my car has a curb weight of just under 3000 lbs, and this is rated at 4400 lbs! Not to mention, I was only raising my front driver side to remove the wheel (and at the lift point recommended in the manual). It got to the point where it became impossible to turn the bolt anymore without it breaking off. The jack was still raising the side of my car by about an inch, but luckily the wheels were touching the ground. I didn’t have any other tools, so I had to keep hit and hammer away at the jack for it to tilt sideways and get it off my car. I would not recommend this jack. Save yourself the trouble, learn from my mistake, and invest in a better jack. Last thing you want is for anyone to get hurt.

Light duty
It’s a good light duty jack for a smaller cars like sedan or similar .Please don’t buy it for a SUV or pickup truck because it won’t work due it’s hight and weight capacity

Ranch is a must for every jack
Tried once since original one in the car got popped during 5th or 6th usage. It was first and hopefully the last experience with failed jack. So, I decided to get a new one, and purchased this one because of its 2T spec.Firstly, the jack's rachet is full worthy of the price. I couldn't believe how easy to rotate with rachet compare to normal jack bar to turn, swing, and turn.Second, I could feel the strength of center thread bar during turn and raise the car easier than my previous and failed jack. Softly raised height and lifted car.Nevertheless, I was using support stand next to the jack, for safety as manual explains.

Great stability, wrench was a let-down
I bought this to go with my existing scissor jack so that I can rotate my tires. I was curious about the wrench that comes with it, but the wrench doesn't fit universally with most scissor jacks. Also, the scissor jack that my order came with has a bolt head that is rounded. This causes the wrench to slip too much and causes damage to the wrench over time. It's too hard to keep the wrench on the widest part of the rounded bolt-head while applying torque, so the only option is to push it farther in which causes it to slip. The wrench also is slow going. Each half turn of the bolt requires two full motions, so it's basically doubling the time it would take to use the normal method. In my experience, it's better to use some grease, like white lithium grease, on the bolt threads and it glides easily and requires less strength.I gave it 3 stars because the jack itself was what I bought it for and it worked as intended, but the head of the jack is a loose piece of metal that very may well support the weight intended, but it looks flimsy is seems barely attached. I got less than what I was hoping for, but it did the job I needed to get done.

It works fine for emergencies
As the manufacturer indicates, this jack and handle are not for daily use. I purchased it for roadside tire change emergencies. One thing to note is that while the jack range is OK for my vehicle (Mitsubishi Outlander), it cannot raise the vehicle high enough without two 2x8 blocks underneath (effective 3" lift). This was not a big deal for me as I just cut up some off-cut timber; it was worth that little bit of aggravation to have such a small/light build jack, I just put the blocks in the tire bag. I suggest that buyers jack their vehicles up at home (if you are using it for emergency tire changes) and see if you also need blocks or not.The handle is a ratchet, that works very well, but like the jack itself is of light build, so not meant for regular use. It is a short handle so takes a lot of half turns of the jack screw to work, but for an emergency system, this is fine. Please note that I rated this so highly as it is what it claims to be. If it tried to pawn itself off as a regular use jack I would have rated it poorly; but that isn't the case.

Absolute garbage.
Jammed up on the 2nd use. Wouldn't go up or down and then wrench head stripped out and was useless. Save your money and time and buy a better one or an oem one.
