RothcoVintage Paratrooper Shorts

The only thing that kept this from a five star overall review is that the OD Green I received is a significantly lighter shade of OD green than is indicated by the photo. Otherwise It's a fine product and wears well. But I would really recommend that the photo reflect the shade of OD Green that's being shipped.

I like the shorts except they are WAY too small for me. I ordered xl I believe and they were way too small. I would like to exchange them for a larger size,but I don't know if it is worth the trouble to do so. I don't want to pay for any shipping to or fro. What do you suggest? I really would like to get a larger pair.Thank You,p.s.-The seller did his part and I would buy from them again.

I love these shorts, I really do... But the sizing: Oy Vey!I have a Large that I really like, but they are too big by a fair amount (I am 6-1 185), so I got a 2nd pair in medium, and they are too small. Good motivation to lose 10 pounds I guess.Great quality, fabric, style, wear shorts etc.I am giving it just 3- stars ONLY for the sizing issue. If you are normal body you might be stuck between a large that is too large, and a medium that is too small.

The size on these shorts runs very large. I am a size 8, ordered an 8 and they ended up fitting my mother who is a solid size 12. I loved the look and the material. I ended up giving to my mother who says they are her favorite hiking shorts. They are longer and have nice size pockets for storing all those things you may want handy on your hike. She loves the drawstring waist so as the day wears on she can cinch them to still fit snug around her waist. Getting ready to order them again but this time going for a size 4-6. Would defiantly recommend these for the day hiker!

Good pair of cargo shorts. Material was a little thicker than I expected but they fit well and are comfortable.

I bought those a size smaller and they are too tight around the waist and legs I bought a tan pair also at the same time. The tan ones are larger, but the same nominal size.

Somewhat large for me (approx 32" waist here), but that was expected. Even so these are currently my favorite shorts!

I bought these shorts and they fit perfectly! They were incredibly comfortable and served me well on my mission trip. I would buy again and highly recommend if you are looking for comfortable women's cargo shorts.
