B Complex That Truly Delivers Results
My experience with this B complex vitamin is a great example of how well it works. I’d been dealing with muscle spasms for a couple of weeks, so the Dr told me I might be low on B vitamins. After some research and considering price and quality, I decided to try this one. Within two weeks of daily use, the muscle spasms completely disappeared, showing me how effective it truly is. Another bonus—the tablets are really tiny and super easy to swallow, which is a huge plus for me. I’m really happy with these and would recommend them!

Decent doses, hopeful for outcome
I haven't started these yet, but I had to change my original review. The safety seal was stuck to the inside top of the lid. I thought it was missing. I will say I was happy to find these as they were one of only 3 I could find that didn't have megadoses of any variety of vitamin B. These have a bit more than the RDA, but not like the majority of the others, which had from 1000% to 33000% more. Unless there's a deficiency, that's way to much. I'm happy to have found this and if I see improvement in areas I hope this will address, I will update my rating.

Just the right dosage for daily nedds
Finally, a vitamin B complex that doesn't contain 500% more than you need! Too much of a good thing can actually be a bad thing. This is exactly what I needed!

Increased tactical brain activity
I was noticing a decline in brain function after a particularly hard week of warfare with the neighborhood kids (yes the ones that ding dong ditch my condo all the time 😠😠). I purchased this complex to force a rise in synapse firing. I’m back on the warpath

RDA is enough
I like that these pills provide the RDA 100% and not the ridiculous 1000s %

Lower in B vitamin DV%s than most brands but needs to go even lower for most B's
B vitams ae typically in too-high amounts in products sold, according to Consumer Lab, a respected group, as of a few years ago. This is a good product in that it has lower amounts than many other brands. That said it gets 3 stars and not more because some of the B's in it still need to go lower; and i t would be great to find something other than m odified food starch to use that is healthier.
