Beautiful leather, the design spanning the front and back is so unique. A real quality piece that should last me forever. I also love that it's made by a small US business.

Needed to order some check registers and bought this on a whim. Don't write many checks these days, but record Bill pay transactions in register. Been using a cheap vinyl one the bank gave me. Nice upgrade. Well made and interesting design. Great for desk. It's a little thick, if you planned to carry in pocket often. Should last a very long time. Packaged well with charm requesting review, so here I am. Buy it if you need one. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The quality of this product is incredible. Beautiful to look at. You can feel the quality.

I like the quality of the materials as well as the etched tree of life design. I know nothing about leather, but it appears to be very durable and well cured. A little thicker than I would like, but considering it’s durability, I’ll never need another checkbook in my lifetime. My only complaint is with the flap used to protect the carbon copy checks when writing. The flap is a bit too thick for my taste and it is not wide enough to fully extend up the top of the check, causing a ridge in the area where the date field is. One must be careful and write small in this area so as to not catch the edge of the flap and make a mess of things.

I am so impressed with my OBERON DESIGN checkbook cover and the company. The OBERON company had me wowed at the very beginning. The envelope that surrounded my purchase wasa nice touch, and the two note cards inside thanking me for my purchase and a hand-cast charm to show their appreciation of my support for their company, was again, impressive. The checkbook is a work of art. The tree of life design is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the leather and the sadle color - perfect. I appreciate quality and the OBERON DESIGN company delivered. The design on the envelope says it all: "Made with passion & heart in the USA." I definitely would consider buying from this company again.
