Quality service
I ordered this carrier for my trip to Mexico. It came in a day early which was great however during shipping the box got ripped and some of the bolts to assemble went missing. I knew this wasn’t the sellers fault so I went to Home Depot to purchase bolts to finish the assembly. The following day I get a call from a representative named Leslie calling to see how I liked the carrier and that everything was 100%. I told her about the missing bolts but wasn’t looking for any replacements knowing it wasn’t their fault. She took the initiative to reach out to higher up to give me a refund for the bolts I purchased. This is the customer service that gives me faith that there are still amazing companies out there striving to do their best in everything they do.Thank you Leslie and thank you Mockins!!

Perfect for bike
Nice and stable with the hitch stabilizer, hold my Emoto perfectly

Holds the bike firm, loads easy, and doesn't make any noise.
Pretty good carrier for the money. The bolts for the main bracket should have been a little wider though, sloppy in the holes. I ended up using my own bolts because they seemed the wrong size and cheap.

wow, this is cheap, i dont trust it
So start off by saying this was supposed to take less than a week to deliver, it missed that date so amazon refunded my money, however this magically showed up. Box came destroyed (not a surprise as it was in USPS custody for a month) and was missing hardware, of which we will start there. The washers may as well have been made of cardboard, they are far too thin, and should be more of them, one under the bolt head, and one under the lock washer and nut, they are too small, and are immediately deformed by the size of the holes. The tabs of which the main rack mounts on were all deformed, and as well are only welded on ONE side of the tab, these are way to thin to inspire any sort of confidence in them as a mounting point for the assembly. The tube section that goes into the receiver should be several inches longer, it only goes into the hitch a few inches, barely past the pin, which makes the claimed 500lb capacity laughable. I'm not confident enough to put my Honda Grom on it, which is a sub 230lb bike. The rack it sits on may well support tires up to 5 inch wide, but the ramp barely allows the Grom's 4 inch tire inside it, which has nice sharp edges on both ends, that very well may slice the tires. The anti rattle plate is the same story, and is laughable. The slots where the U bolt go through are far too wide for the thickness of the bolt, and the washers aren't big enough to fully support the bolt head, and fully tightened, really don't stop any rattle. Please spend a bit more for a better quality rack for your bike, I cannot recommend this.

Super solid rack and a great deal!
All the hardware was accounted for and all welds were solid. Mockins has stepped-up their quality control for sure! Assembly was easy and the rack itself is very sturdy. I am using this for a heavy, 85 lb ebike so the 500lb max load rating and the sturdy ramp are perfect. Why spend $500-$1000 for an expensive ebike rack when this motorcycle ramp carries way more weight and includes the ramp and straps? Easy to install on my hitch and the bike is secured with the straps in just a few minutes.

Hardware needs to be better!
It came packaged fine. It was not missing any parts. Not bent or broken. The hardware is a whole different story. Some of the bolts aren’t actually big enough and all the washers are just too flimsy and not large enough in outside diameter. I am about to go to the hardware store to fix that issue. The rest is run of the mill stuff nothing major all parts line up and it *should* work just fine. I will update this after I correct the hardware issues and give it a test run.Update. I used this to haul a 225lbs motorcycle about 700miles on the highway, rough city streets and even through some rain happy to say that it made it just fine. Not a single issue, it did not rock around, loosen up, or bend or break anywhere. So in short it works and doesn’t need much to perform the job.One thing I will mention is depending on your vehicle and motorcycle being hauled you may want to get some auxiliary tail lights as with the motorcycle loaded on the carrier it was tough to see the light on my Colorado.

Great buy, held up for first 10hr drive.
Loved this product. I was able to assemble it pretty easily, and getting it hitched up to the car was a breeze. I have an SUV and took this on a ten hour road trip a couple hours after I got it. The straps where also super helpful to have. Held up great no real rattling, couldn't even tell it was on the vehicle.

Sturdy stand for my ElliptiGO exercise bike
Been looking like seemingly FOREVER for the right hitch transporter for my ElliptiGO bike. This one made by Mockins seems to be the perfect setup. Only issue I had with assembling it is that the 8 shorter bolts that hold the two fixators on need larger washers. The ones they supply are too small. No big deal though, hardware stores are everywhere. This Mockins motorcycle carrier is well constructed. Welds look good. Won't even be an issue carrying my ElliptiGO with me now, a future electric bike which is heavier will also be a non issue. I wouldn't/couldn't want to sit my 840 pound Honda F6B on it though... ha ha.
