Wished they had this in a spiral bound jacket. Still reading but seems to have a lot of good information needed to begin canning.

The font is very small so it's hard to read and follow for recipes

You can learn alot from this book. I always refer back to it

This book is just a bound pdf file. It’s useful but not as nice as a real book with an index.

This book was not the current edition of the USDA's manual. I needed the current edition since I have not canned before. There are some changes that have been made and you're better off going to the website reccommended by the USDA to get updated information.

I just received my USDA Home Canning book and I am excited to look thru it for my first canning.

My favorite You Tuber recommended this book and it is perfect for anyone who is new to canning.
