I'll start off by saying the couch looks beautiful. It checked all of our boxes (black, faux leather, studded, sectional with chase). The ottoman has decent storage too. It was also extremely easy to assemble. For those, it gets 5 stars.I read some reviews that this was going to be a hard couch. Not a big deal. I like firm couches and beds. But firm doesn't quite describe how hard this couch is. It's really hard. Like no give at all.That still isn't a huge problem for me (whatever, it's hard. I spend most of my time in my office anyways), but this, combined with the fact that it's small. Really small. I attached an image of me sitting in it for comparison. I'm 5'11", 190lbs.You really can't lay on the couch comfortably or spend long periods of time on here (like a movie's length, tops).The couch is good for us because we don't spend a lot of time in the living room. It looks nice and that's what matters to us.If this couch was bigger, like if the backrest went up to my shoulder blades instead of my mid-back and the seat went all the way out to the back of my knees, this would be a lot more comfortable, even if the firmness wasn't changed.I'd never recommend purchasing this couch if you want to sit on it for more than an hour and a half at a time. It's a piece of art. You enjoy it by looking at it. Not sitting on it.We'll keep this couch, but when it's time to upgrade, this will be the basement couch that the cousin we don't like gets to sleep on.

The couch looks amazing in my apartment but it’s so entirely uncomfortable and stiff.

It would have been better to have an installation to put thr sofa together..

I bought a white sectional and it came in cream, I find the seating very hard and it is not to comfortable, it is also a little small; they did list the dimensions. I hated the delivery as they just drop it off in the parking lot and I did not get any advance notification. I could not track the shipment and I received a call 25 minutes prior to delivery.

Sectional is cream color. Not white. Very easy to assemble. Very firm but not uncomfortable. It is not super soft. Seems to be made durable and to last for quite some time. Pillows don't match my color scheme but pillow case is removable & washable.

It’s height is 27”. It’s hard and uncomfortable. Seller gives only 30 days to return but it took 3 weeks to arrive and then requiring assembly. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOUR HEIGHT IS OVER 5 Feet. It looks like it belongs in Ken and Barbies house instead of my house.

So easy to assemble, looks perfect, like the picture, it is a bit firm but it's ok. Love it

This is was a lesson learned. This is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned. It is false advertising at best. The sofa is NOT leather. In the description NEVER is this mentioned. In fact, it states clearly that this is a leather couch. It is beyond cheap. We bought it in good faith and during a time when online shopping due to the pandemic is a must. We do not recommend purchasing this product. The price seemed to good to be true, it is a rip off. It took nearly a month to get to us, and the shipping company they use is also very unprofessional. DO NOT BUY this, you will be so sorry. It is not something I would every have bought had I seen it in person. The worst is the deception on the part of the company. We truly thought that purchasing directly from the seller was the reason for the low price. A thousand dollars later, we have a couch probably worth a couple of hundred dollars at best.
