Schrodinger50004 Alloy Steel Bicycle Freewheel 6 Speed Mountain MTB 14-28 Teeth - Brown

As a retrofitter of mult-speed gearing onto older single-speed bikes, I prefer 6-speed freewheels over 7-speed ones, since 6-speed ones occupy less space than 7-speed ones while giving you the same minimum and maximum ratios (14T-28T).Since the branded 6-speed ones have been 'out of stock' at all my usual sources for a long time and I urgently needed a 6-speed freewheel, I decided to try this one out... I received a freewheel of Vanum make... it's a very ordinary sort of freewheel and usually cheaper if bought in a store... also, this freewheel doesn't have the curved etchings on the sides of its sprockets that lend some additional assistance to the chain in shifting from one sprocket to the next...Get this freewheel if you desperately need one; else you'll have to either wait or spend more to get something better...The price and manufacturer details on the product package were scratched out, which is not something that builds confidence in the integrity of the seller.

Good but can't bear too much load......ok for rough roads but not much suitable for uphill
