Perfect for quilting project
Perfect for my quilting project. Great value for money, excellent quality

Thinner than expected but easy sew and does the job.
I have decided to make some double oven mitts for Christmas presents and this is what was suggested to use as a heat resident wadding. It is rather thinner than expected but the heat protection comes from the thin layer of what looks like cling film…this to be placed on the outer side nearest to the where the mitt touches the heat. It cuts and sews very easily too.

Good quality wadding. Lots of projects to sew now I have this!

Insulation fabric
This particular type of insulation wadding, was not as effective as others I've used in the past. With this type I've had to use at least two layers to achieve a safe standard when removing HOT dishes from the oven.

Fantastic delivery
I regularly use Insul-bright, it is really good at keeping lunch bags cold, table runners to keep food hot etc etc. I will buy this product again and again. I wish I could store a whole batt! Ps it washes really well too.

As expected
So far I have used this to make an ironing mat, a tea cosy and 2 caffetier cosys. It worked well with both. For the ironing pad I also used some bamboo wadding under the insulated wadding - just in case. It was easy to sew (I used a 80 needle on my sewing machine)
